Pricing
• All product and offers may not be available at Cellar Door.
• Prices, products and offers include GST (excluding gift vouchers)
• All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available at the Cellar Door and individual wine stockists
• All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
• Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
• Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
• We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Delivery Costs
Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

Australian Delivery
Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. We also accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.

Delivery Delays
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

International Ordering
We currently do not deliver outside Australia

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges?
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original Tasmanian Estates Cellar Club Shop Online sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.

Returns
Please contact us prior to returning goods to Tasmanaian Estates. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods the Tasmanian Estates will:
• Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order
• Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Tasmanian Estates. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.

Australian Law
There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000). Warning
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $6000) and it is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $500). At the time of delivery the person receiving the goods must provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age if requested. Tamar Ridge may refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods does not provide evidence of proof of age.
