These are supported by secondary characters of honey and butterscotch from malo lactic ferment, some spicy oak and nutty lees derived aromas.
Rich fruit flavours of white peach with an overlay of zesty citrus. The mid palate is full with the fruit flavours supported by oak but not dominated by it. These richer flavours are balanced by crisp acidity providing length and freshness to a finish that shows excellent persistence of flavour.
