Our model for the SOUTH Pinot Gris is very much the mouthfilling and complex Alsatian style rather than the leaner ‘Grigio’ of northern Italy. The palate has good weight and mouthfeel with ripe pear, some spicy musk and a hint of lees complexity. The finish has softness, length and persistence.
