The colour is a yellow/gold with a fine and quite vigorous mousse. Typical bready, toasty notes on the nose display the autolysis characters from lees age. Vibrant, lemony acidity supports a pleasant richness in the mouth with creamy mouth feel and a strong finish.

We tasted this sparkling wine at the wine tasting day at the Marriott Hotel in Sydney, we found it's qualities very interesting, and enjoyable, as we
only had a small amount to taste the wine stood out amoungst all the other sparkling wines we tasted on the day
