Pirie Estate Pinot Noir 2009

Deeply coloured with an aroma displaying typical black cherry and plum, with the addition of some darker fig and black olive notes. The oak is easily  absorbed by a rich, almost sweet flavoured mid palate with very supple tannin and gentle acidity. Youthfully attractive and will develop further length and complexity over the next 5-8 years.
