Tamar Ridge Non Vintage Cuvee

Over the past 15 years Tamar Ridge Estates has planted the Kayena and White Hills Vineyards in the sub-regions of the Tamar Valley, Coombend Vineyard on the East Coast and the Entally Vineyard in the Meander Valley. During the past ten years Tamar Ridge has been identifying specific sparkling wine blocks within these vineyards, establishing winemaking protocols specific to these sites and laying down base wine.

After much preliminary work May 2010 will see the release of the Tamar Ridge NV Cuvée. This will be followed in August 2010 with the release of Tamar Ridge 2006 Vintage Sparkling and Tamar Ridge 2001 Vintage Late Disgorged. These wines have all been grown in Tamar Ridge vineyards, made, bottled and aged in our Tamar Valley winery and then only shipped when the wines have been deemed ready.
