Spicy oak complexity and an underlying layer of honey and butterscotch from malolactic fermentation.

The initial impression is of crisp, tangy citrus fruit flavours with an attractive level of nutty oak complexity and creamy malolactic characters giving weight and interest to the mid-palate. There is a good persistence of flavour on the finish with a pleasant level of tannin grip and the acid balance to leave the palate clean and refreshed.
