The evolution of this wine reflects a desire to show faithfully the style and intensity of Upper Tamar Valley Pinot Noir in a young wine that is still delicate and fresh enough to bring to life the flavours of Tasmanian salmon and soft cheeses.

   However the aromas and flavours are serious Pinot, showing some delicate forest floor and fruits-of-the-forest notes. Age 1-3 years and serve in a big glass to capture the perfume.
