Our pure water begins its journey in the mountainous highland areas of North-East Tasmania. Rain and melted snow collect in the Springfield aquifer, a large underground lake Over hundreds of years the water is naturally rock-filtered, passing through an underground layer of fine granite gravel as it bubbles to the surface. Amazingly, this totally natural process purifies the water at a micro-biological level.
